Chiropractic Care
Our full-body chiropractic adjustment goes beyond simply addressing the spine. We use a multi-disciplinary approach that combines chiropractic adjustments with targeted myofascial and soft-tissue therapy to address both joint restrictions and the muscular structures contributing to pain, stiffness, and limited movement.
By working with the joints, muscles, fascia, and surrounding soft tissues, we tailor treatment to the individual and design it to restore mobility, reduce muscular tension, improve movement patterns, and support overall function and recovery.
At Chirotopia, we don't just focus on where you hurt—we look at how your entire body is moving and what may be contributing to the problem.
Cranial Facial Release (CFR) is a specialized chiropractic technique that involves carefully inserting small balloons into the nasal passages and briefly inflating them. While the procedure may sound unusual at first, understanding the technique—and hearing from patients who have actually experienced it—provides a much clearer picture of why people seek CFR.
At Chirotopia, our patients have reported meaningful improvements following Cranial Facial Release. One patient shared that CFR “helped me to breathe again” and “opened my passageways,” while also reporting improved nasal drainage and saying the treatment helped him avoid sinus surgery. Another patient said CFR “made a noticeable difference in my breathing.”
Perhaps one of our most powerful testimonials came from the wife of a patient who traveled four hours to Chirotopia for treatment. She described the nasal work as “life-changing” and reported that her husband was no longer using his CPAP following treatment.
These are individual patient experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that CFR will produce the same results for everyone or as a replacement for medically necessary treatment. However, they demonstrate why patients experiencing difficulty with nasal breathing, restricted airflow, sinus-related concerns, and other breathing challenges are interested in learning more about Cranial Facial Release.
CFR may sound unconventional—but for some of our patients, the results they describe have been anything but ordinary.

Myofascial Therapy
Myofascial Release is a targeted soft-tissue therapy focused on chronically tight, stiff, and overworked muscles and the fascia surrounding them. Rather than focusing only on where you feel pain, our doctors identify muscular restrictions and trigger points that may be contributing to your pain or dysfunction elsewhere in the body.
Tight muscles and myofascial trigger points can contribute to deep aching pain, muscle tenderness, stiffness, reduced range of motion, weakness, referred pain, headaches, shoulder and back pain, and difficulty moving comfortably. Repetitive movements, physical activity, injuries, prolonged postures, and poor movement patterns can all contribute to your injuries and muscular restrictions.
At Chirotopia, we use hands-on myofascial techniques to target the muscular structures contributing to the problem—not simply the area where symptoms are being felt. The goal is to decrease muscular tension, improve mobility and range of motion, and help the body move and function more efficiently. Myofascial release may also support improved circulation and tissue recovery.
Sometimes the pain you feel isn't where the problem begins. We look for the muscular restrictions behind the symptoms.
